About the Club
The club was an initiative following the 2003 celebration of the Balfron 700. A local garage owner, Donald Brown, and Rotary member, Jim Bisset contacted local classic car owners to create an event as part of the Balfron 700.
Fifteen owners gathered for the short tour and these folk formed the nucleus of the Strathendrick Club. Twenty years later the club has widened to include more modern cars and changed its name to become the Classic and Sports Car Club. You don’t need to actually have a “classic” car to join the club, just an interest in cars and motoring related activities in general.
